Healthy and tasty meals are always important, but during yoga weeks even more so. You move more and spend a lot of time outdoors. So our guiding principle is that all meals should be healthy and delicious. Helen cooks all the meals. She runs a food blog together with her friend Helen de Jong So you can just cook our meals yourself at home too after your yoga holiday.

All meals are vegetarian, regularly vegan. The meals can be adapted to various allergies. Please let us know in advance. Below, we show you a few examples.
