Critical Alignment Yoga, a therapeutic approach centred on alignment, breath, and the liberation of spinal tension, became my sanctuary. Unlike conventional yoga practices, this modality places a magnifying glass on the intricate skeletal. Living abroad, the journey began as a quest for self-care, a means to tend to my well-being consistently and effectively.
